Log-Grown Shiitake Production for Beginners

This can be messy, so wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. In this class, you will learn the basics of growing shiitake mushrooms on logs in your garden! This class is very hands-on, and you will get to leave with your own shiitake log. By attending this class, you'll have a strong understanding of log-grown mushroom production in the home garden and be able to grow your own shiitakes.
