“People don’t quit jobs, they quit the culture.” In the era of Millennial and Generation Z employees, company culture is growing to mean more than financial compensation to star employees. Almost everything a business leader does or decides creates a piece of the company culture, from hours of operation or financial expenditures, but how can we pay more attention to the culture we are creating in our businesses. This session will discuss how very small businesses and very large businesses can be more intentional about the culture they are creating. Don’t let your best employee leave before you understand the gravity of being intentional about your business culture; as the leader, its literally your job. This is an engaging, interactive program meant to stimulate conversation and problem-solving.
This is the third in a series of business roundtable discussions that will provide space for businesses to connect, contribute, and collaborate with other business owners. Each session is a standalone event, and attendance at a previous session is not required. Whether it's co-nnecting, co-ntributing, co-llaborating or any other co-, we hope you Co-here in Asheboro.
